The City of Grand Forks partners with the Department of Defense to offer transitioning military service members the ability to gain valuable citizen work experience through an individual internship during their last 6 months, for up to 180 days. This program is designed to connect transitioning service members with positions at the City of Grand Forks. We provide opportunities to gain real world experience with potential for full-time employment post separation/retirement.
