Court is in session each morning Monday through Friday at 8:30 a.m. and continues until all cases are heard.  We are not open on designated holidays.  We ask that you check in by 8:15 a.m.

You will need to pass through a metal detector when entering the Municipal Court office.  Please leave cell phones, purses, etc. in your vehicle.  Absolutely no weapons of any kind are allowed.   Anyone entering the courtroom must agree to a search of person or possessions, if requested.

Please check in at the Clerk's office to make sure we have you scheduled for court.  If you are not scheduled for court, we will put you on the schedule.

Defendants and visitors to the court should dress appropriately.  No hats or caps may be worn in the courtroom.

The following WILL NOT BE TOLERATED:

• Talking during the proceedings
• Smoking
• Bringing food or drink into the courtroom

No children less than 12 years of age are allowed in the courtroom.
