Applications Found on Camino Submission Portal:

The City of Grand Forks has launched an online submission portal for building permit, sign, and Planning & Zoning Commission applications! Once you’ve created a Camino account, you can select your desired application from the list. Then, you will be brought to a page with instructions for completing your application and uploading any necessary plans or documentation. Once you’ve filled out all required information and uploaded all applicable documents, click “Submit Application” at the top. A Planner will be assigned to your submission and confirm receipt.

Staff will interact via the portal (which will generate an email to the applicant) to work through any necessary modifications and corrections to facilitate an efficient plan review process.
