COVID-19 Response – Any Positive Change Project Syringe Service Program

In accordance with recommendations from the Harm Reduction Coalition, the APC Project will be temporarily moving towards a needs based model. This is a temporary change through April 17, 2020.

Clients will be provided with supplies based on their need, with a goal of ensuring each client has two weeks’ worth of supplies to decrease the need for frequent visits to the program.

We have set up a temporary phone number to reach program staff by phone call or text message (standard rates apply).

(701) 335-6051

You may contact this number to reach a program staff member with any questions, concerns, or to verify the program is open before departing. No identifying information is needed to contact us and your phone number will not be associated with any program records.

For more information, the Harm Reduction Coalition has produced a guide on safer substance use and the COVID-19 outbreak.
