Grand Forks PSAP offers the excitement and pride of a career in public safety. Our team of Public Safety Telecommunicators (PST) are the lifeline for public safety in our communities. They are the first first responder; they don’t fight fires, drive an ambulance or carry a badge; but they will be there ready to answer the call on one of your worst days.   

Our team is on the frontline of the emergency; from providing life-saving measures to coordinating alongside our first responders, they are dedicated to keeping you, your family, and our communities safe.  

We have a full on the job Training Academy that will ensure you learn everything you need to know about working in a 911 dispatch center and equip you with the skills to become a professional Public Safety Telecommunicator.
