Below you will find the current committee openings for the City of Grand Forks.  You will also find the application form that needs to be filled out in order to be considered for an open committee position.  If there are not current committee openings, but you are still interested in being on a city committee, please fill out the application form and you may be considered for a future committee opening.

Committee Openings:   

Community Advisory Committee (CAC)
Established by the City’s Consolidated Plan, the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) advises City Council on community development issues and the prioritization, appropriateness, need, and effectiveness of HUD-funded activities. The HUD funded Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG) must a) benefit low- to moderate-income persons and families, b) eliminate/prevent slum and blight, and/or c) address an Urgent Need (related to a Presidential Disaster Declaration).
